Customer Accounts:

Some customers have enquired about setting up customer accounts where their payment details are stored electronically as found on many other popular e-commerce sites in order to speed the ordering process.

We do not currently offer this service as the majority of our customers have expressed a preference that card details not be stored electronically to reduce the risk of fraud. All your payment is processed through the payment system of our bank, even we do not see your payment details.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.
